Be the SC Who Sounds Like They’ve Seen Some Sh*t.
Get the technical fluency + presales clout most SCs spend their entire careers pretending to have.
UPLEVELING PROFESSIONALS FROM:
What the Trusted Advisor OS Actually Is
The Trusted Advisor OS isn’t a coding course.
It isn’t more endless product training.
And it definitely isn’t enablement fluff.
It’s a product-agnostic system built to give SCs the technical context, concepts, and language companies assume you already have quietly expect you to “pick up along the way.”
Get the technical foundations and reinforcements you need to have conversations about cloud, data centers, APIs and AI in ways that open doors and close deals.
POV: The "Non-Technical" Technical Counterpart
You didn't study computer science. You've never dabbled with coding.
You “fell into” Presales on a whim and hit your stride quick … til the conversation leaves the UI for the stack:
“Can we reverse-proxy this on-prem and still ETL into Redshift?”
Instant imposter-syndrome flare up.
Most GTM orgs still expect SCs to already have technical knowledge, or stitch it together from Slack threads, old diagrams, and half-truths from ChatGPT.
‘Vibes’ Don't Fix the Gap
The difference between a good SC and trusted advisor is not 10 more Gong recordings — and definitely not Python skills.
It’s having context: the history, the concepts, and the why behind cloud, integrations, and AI that companies are too busy pushing product to teach you.
This was never a capability gap. It's always been a knowledge gap.
So I built the only solution that finally closes it.

ABOUT SAAS SAVVY
Meet Alice Egan, Founder
Hi, I'm Alice Egan, SaaS Savvy founder. I'm fluent in software - and I’ve never written a line of code that mattered.
At Zendesk, I went from stumbling into the SC role to closing $1M+ deals with San Francisco unicorns and UK fintechs.
But at the start? I didn’t know an API from AWS. I was constantly anxious I’d be exposed as a tech sales imposter. I tried to learn to code, but it didn’t give me the words to talk to the C-Suite.
So I built my own framework. I used my languages background to learn to "speak software" through words and history that gave me the credibility to sell across the enterprise stack with confidence.
That shift didn’t just kill my imposter syndrome: It got me promoted three times, transferred abroad, bought my home, and gave me the financial freedom to build SaaS Savvy.
Today, I help non-technical SCs become trusted tech advisors — the kind customers rely on and companies can’t afford to lose in the AI era.
