1. Introduction & Scope
1.1 Overview

Welcome to SaaS Savvy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products and services offered by SaaS Savvy (“Services”). 

These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.

1.2 Eligibility & Intended Audience

By purchasing or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Coaching Services are offered exclusively to adults.

Services are intended for professional development purposes and are primarily marketed to working professionals, though consumer protection laws may still apply where required by law.

1.3 Changes to Terms

SaaS Savvy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued access to or use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 Business Information

SaaS Savvy is owned and operated by Alice Egan, a self-employed individual registered in Germany (VAT ID: DE358126980). SaaS Savvy is a sole proprietorship and not a GmbH or corporate entity.

1.5 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any SaaS Savvy Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Offered
2.1 Service Categories

SaaS Savvy provides the following categories of Services: 

  • Digital Products
  • Coaching Services
2.2 Digital Products

2.2.1 Definition

Digital Products include self-paced, educational materials delivered online.

2.2.2 Included Products

Digital Products include, but are not limited to:

The Trusted Advisor OS, including:

  • The Full Stack Fluency self-paced course
  • Knowledge Base content, bonus lessons, betas, and updates

Paid workshops, bootcamps, and short-form programs, including:

  • Monthly Live Workshops
  • Enterprise AI for Tech Sellers
  • APIs for Tech Sellers

2.2.3 Nature of Digital Products

Digital Products are educational in nature and delivered digitally.

2.3 Community Access

2.3.1 Description

Community access includes participation in SaaS Savvy’s asynchronous community hosted on third-party platforms (e.g. Heartbeat).

2.3.2 Community Features

Community access may include:

  • Async Q&A
  • Community discussions
  • Occasional group sessions or workshops (where specified)

2.3.3 Conditional Access

Community access is a privilege contingent on respectful participation and compliance with these Terms.

2.4 Coaching & Strategic Partnerships

2.4.1 Definition

Coaching Services include paid, time-bound 1:1 advisory engagements.

2.4.2 Coaching Offers

Coaching Services include:

  • The Strategic Partnership: Job Seeker
  • The Strategic Partnership: Career Growth & Visibility

2.4.3 Purpose of Coaching Sessions

The purpose of coaching sessions is to provide strategic guidance, perspective, feedback, and frameworks to support the Client’s professional development, career decision-making, and technical fluency. Sessions are collaborative and exploratory in nature and may include discussion, review of materials, scenario analysis, and skill refinement.

Coaching sessions are not intended to deliver prescriptive instructions, guaranteed outcomes, or task execution. The Client remains solely responsible for decisions made, actions taken, and results achieved between and after sessions.

2.4.4 Group Sessions & Workshops

From time to time, SaaS Savvy may offer optional group coaching sessions or live workshops. These may include:

  • Complimentary quarterly group coaching sessions available to active 1:1 coaching clients, where offered
  • Access for coaching clients to live workshops or events that are also open to the public

Group sessions and workshops are typically conducted via Zoom and may be promoted or coordinated through the SaaS Savvy community platform (e.g. Heartbeat). Scheduling, format, and availability are determined by SaaS Savvy and may change over time.

Participation in group sessions or workshops is not guaranteed and does not replace or extend 1:1 coaching sessions unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. Payments & Pricing
3.1 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via third-party processors such as Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer where available.

3.2 Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered (e.g. 2- or 3-installment plans):

  • You agree to complete all payments in full.
  • Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once started.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
3.3 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact SaaS Savvy directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback while continuing to access Services constitutes a violation of these Terms. SaaS Savvy reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery to payment processors and to suspend access during dispute resolution.

3.4 Coaching Fees

Strategic Partnership coaching programs are offered at the prices stated at checkout. Standard pricing is USD $4,000 for a three-month engagement. Promotional pricing may be offered at SaaS Savvy’s discretion.

3.5 Taxes, VAT, Currency, Fees

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all prices displayed include applicable sales tax and VAT. Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or payment processor fees imposed by third-party providers remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Rule

Refund eligibility depends on the type of Service purchased.

4.2 Digital Products (The Trusted Advisor OS)

4.2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

  • Requested within 14 days of purchase, and
  • No lessons have been accessed or completed

4.2.2 Definition of Access

Accessing any lesson (video or text) constitutes use of the product.

4.2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be granted:

  • After 14 days
  • If any lesson is accessed or completed

4.3 Coaching Services (Strategic Partnerships & Sprints)

4.3.1 No Refunds

All coaching payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Full payments
  • Payment plan installments

4.3.2 Unused Sessions

Once a coaching engagement begins, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits are issued for unused sessions. Missed or unused sessions are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3.3 Participation Does Not Affect Refund Eligibility

Lack of participation, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or inability to continue does not affect refund eligibility. Coaching services remain non-refundable once purchased, regardless of usage or attendance.

4.4 Workshops, Bootcamps, and Short Programs

All paid workshops and short programs are non-refundable once access is granted or the session occurs, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

4.5 EU Right of Withdrawal + Digital Content Waiver

Where required by applicable EU consumer law, statutory withdrawal rights apply. For Digital Products, by purchasing and accessing content immediately, you expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once access is granted.

5. Access & Duration
5.1 Digital Products

The Trusted Advisor OS includes lifetime access unless terminated for violation of these Terms. SaaS Savvy reserves the right to modify, update, or retire content over time.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product as offered by SaaS Savvy, not the lifetime of the client.

5.2 Community Access

Community access is included where specified and may be revoked if:

  • Payments fail
  • Behavioral guidelines are violated
  • Enrollment ends

5.3 Coaching Services

5.3.1 Time-Bound Access

Coaching engagements are time-bound (e.g. three months). Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise specified.

5.3.2 Scheduling, Rescheduling & Attendance

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without sufficient notice (“no-shows”) are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

SaaS Savvy reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Coaching Disclaimer
6.1 Nature of Coaching

Coaching Services are advisory and educational in nature.

6.2 No Guarantees or Representation

SaaS Savvy does not:

  • Guarantee employment, promotions, compensation increases, or job offers
  • Act as a recruiter, agent, employer, or placement service
  • Provide legal, financial, or HR advice

Coaching is not intended as advice regulated by any professional licensing body.

6.3 Scope of Services

Coaching Services do not include job placement, recruitment, direct outreach to employers or recruiters, application submission, or execution of job search activities on the client’s behalf. All actions taken as a result of coaching are the sole responsibility of the client.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between SaaS Savvy and the client.

6.4 Client Responsibility & Effort

Client outcomes depend on individual effort, decision-making, market conditions, and follow-through. Failure to achieve desired results does not constitute a breach of these Terms or grounds for refund.

6.5 Coaching Is Not Therapy

Coaching Services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property & Use
7.1 Ownership

All content provided by SaaS Savvy is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from SaaS Savvy.

7.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute content
  • Use content for internal company training
  • Upload content to AI tools for training or redistribution
  • Share login credentials or grant third-party access

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7.4 Confidentiality (Two-Way)

SaaS Savvy treats client materials, communications, and career information shared during coaching and community participation as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the client.

Clients agree not to disclose private coaching discussions, community interactions, or other participants’ information without consent.

8. Community & Behavioral Guidelines
8.1 Expected Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and professionally.

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, intellectual property violations, spam, or misuse of community spaces.

8.3 Enforcement & Termination for Cause

SaaS Savvy reserves the right to remove content or revoke access at its discretion. Access to Services, including coaching engagements, may be terminated without refund if a client engages in abusive, harassing, dishonest, or disruptive behavior, or otherwise acts in bad faith. 

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

8.4 Force Majeure

SaaS Savvy shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical outages, travel disruption, or acts of God. Services may be rescheduled as necessary.

SaaS Savvy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to digital platforms and is not liable for temporary outages or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9.2 Limitation of Liability

SaaS Savvy’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. SaaS Savvy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost income, job outcomes, or career decisions.

SaaS Savvy’s total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Content Accuracy & Updates

SaaS Savvy makes reasonable efforts to ensure that course content is accurate and professionally presented. Course materials have been reviewed and fact-checked; however, the technology industry evolves rapidly and information may become outdated.

Students are encouraged to report factual errors, inaccuracies, or typographical issues to [email protected]. Where appropriate, corrections or updates may be made.

The presence of outdated information or errors does not constitute grounds for a refund, legal claim, or compensation. Updates are provided at SaaS Savvy’s discretion and included as part of the license to use Digital Products.

9.4 Statutory Rights Not Affected

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Third-Party Tools
10.1 Platforms

SaaS Savvy uses third-party platforms including Kajabi, Heartbeat, Stripe, Zoom, and analytics tools. Use of these Services is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

10.2 Recording of Sessions

Coaching sessions or group sessions may be recorded for internal reference, quality assurance, or documentation purposes. Recordings are not shared publicly and will not be distributed without client consent. Client may decline recordings and request their deletion.

10.3 Privacy & GDPR

SaaS Savvy processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details regarding data collection, processing, retention, and client rights are set out in the SaaS Savvy Privacy Policy (https://www.saassavvy.io/privacy-policy) , which forms part of these Terms.

10.4 Contractors & Sub-Contractors

SaaS Savvy may engage contractors or service providers to assist in delivering Services, provided that confidentiality and data protection obligations are maintained.

11. Governing Law
11.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

11.2 EU Dispute Resolution / ODR

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. SaaS Savvy is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
